Film Title Ideas

From looking at all the different possibilities for the title we decided that 'One' was the best. This was because it was short and too the point but doesn't reveal a lot about the film. The film focuses heavily on the use of numbers and therefore the title being a number hints this to the audience.

Production Company

For our production company we brainstormed some ideas for our production company name. We decided to use the name Vivet which means Life in Latin.

For the logo image we used a website to help us come up with ideas for the logo style. Below are the ideas that we had.

We decided to use the last image as it looked a lot like the letter v and looked the most interesting.

One - Draft 2

After completing the second draft we wanted to do further music research in order to produce a trailer of high quality.

Editing

When editing we came across some problems, such as we couldn't add any of the effects that we wanted, such as glitches, as iMovie did not supply the effect. However in order to use the effect we found videos on YouTube, converted them to mp4 and then overlaid them on top of our original video clips.
We also struggled with music which was difficult to get in time with the action on screen, however after editing for a while we could make it perfect.

Behind the Scenes

Music

We wanted to include music from the Artist Ruelle. However, this music was copyrighted. After much consideration we realised that the music would work perfectly for our trailer and would be the best for our product. Therefore, we emailed the artists company to ask permission to use the two soundtracks. They wrote back and gave permission for us to use it if we did not make any profit from it.

Final Trailer Draft

We used this draft for audience feedback. After getting a range of pieces of feedback, such as the sound and voiceovers were not as smooth as they could be. We went and changed the trailer sounds and edited it so that we could have a final product which was of the highest quality.
